I do this with the upmost Integrity and Heart Felt Passion that leads all of my clients, friends and family to superior longevity lifestyles.
Lance has worn many hats over the past 35 years in the Health & Wellness Industry, as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Weight Loss Management Coach, Massage Therapist, owner of 4 Gold’s Gyms, a Nationwide Health Club Consultant designing gym layouts and outfitting gyms with the top brands of commercial gym equipment. For the past 3 years, Lance has been focused on selling/leasing Fitness Equipment to Homes, Employee Wellness Centers, Film Industry and Hotels nationwide, for Equip Your Gym Company.
Lance has also won several bodybuilding titles such as Mr. Orange County, Mr. Physique USA, Mr. Ironman, and Mr. California Classic.
Health Club Consultant and Fitness Coach working under contract with EYG & GER entities providing Full Commercial Gym Equipment for Homes, PT Centers, Hotels, Apartments – HOA’S, Corporate Employee Gyms.
